Bra Liv Tranås Health Centre seeks Summer Reception Assistant

The Role

Bra Liv Tranås Health Centre is looking for an assistant for our reception over the summer. The work will primarily take place in the reception area. Duties include being the face of the health centre, opening and closing the facility, welcoming patients, registering visits, scheduling and cancelling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries from staff and patients. We strive to utilize the right competence at all levels of the health centre. Providing excellent service and working in a patient-safe manner are central to this role.

This is a summer temporary position (hourly contract) during weeks 25–28, with availability for training starting from week 23.

Your Profile

You have experience and an interest in administrative tasks and/or reception work, preferably with knowledge of the Cosmic medical record system. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate being part of the team's shared mission. You are service-oriented and offer a warm welcome to all our patients who pass through our reception daily. You work in a structured manner and have the will and ability to find solutions. Previous experience in healthcare is an asset!
